- Programs, plan templates, and scheduled training days

When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we must retain certain information for legal compliance. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

06Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- Account & training data: Retained while your account is active, so you can track progress over time.
- After account deletion: Most personal data deleted within 30 days; some data retained where required for legal compliance.
- Diagnostics & crash logs: Retained for a limited period to maintain and improve the service.
- Aggregated data: De-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
07Children's Privacy
Fit4Gains is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Users aged 13–17 should use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly and terminate the associated account.
08International Data Transfers
Fit4Gains operates globally. Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including locations where our cloud providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

10Third-Party Services
When you connect optional integrations (such as Apple Health or Google Fit), you authorize data sharing between those services and Fit4Gains. Each integration is governed by its own privacy policy, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Our apps may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new features.

- Minor changes: posted here with an updated "Last updated" date
- Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
